We believe in worshipping God in many ways; clapping and lifting our hands, singing, and speaking words of praise and thanksgiving. We know God loves to hear His people worship Him as a congregation and our individual faith is built up every time we gather and exalt Him together.
There’s a time of giving at AFC, as we believe that giving is an intricate part of worship. “Our giving provides us an opportunity to show just how much we are devoted to God. When we give generously, we demonstrate that we have indeed made a complete commitment to the Lord.”
You’ll hear sound biblical teaching and the preached word at Ambassadors for Christ. We believe the Holy Scriptures are the inspired and complete revelation of God’s will concerning man’s salvation. We understand that people are at different places in their walk with the Lord; from new believers to leaders in-training. However, the biblical teaching and preaching is relevant to all of us, no matter what level we’re on. The sermons and teachings you hear at AFC will challenge you to walk closer with the Lord and to search out His good and perfect will for your life.
The sermon is often followed by a powerful time of personal prayer because so often, hearts are touched by the spoken Word, and people desire special prayer to help them apply what they have heard. Our Pastors and ministry leaders are sensitive to this time and are there to support you by praying with you.
These are just some of the activities you can expect to see at AFC, but no two services are alike because our Pastors are sensitive and obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit and He reserves the right to change the order of service at any time! So, no matter how the service goes, one thing we know for sure is that God will be glorified at Ambassadors for Christ!
